Transfer of VAT credit for a total of € 5,489.00.
Base price: Euro 1,500.00
It is specified that:
- The Procedure received an irrevocable purchase offer for an amount equal to Euro 1,500.00, plus legal charges and in addition to the sales commissions due to abilio S.p.a ..
- The Procedure intends to launch a sales experiment, setting the purchase offer received as the basic auction price, the procedures for which are governed by the Notice of sale and tender regulations.
- In the event of failure to submit further upward bids in the experiment, the subject who submitted the authorized bid and the deeds constituting the auction base will therefore be deemed to be the provisional successful bidder.
To participate in the auction, you must register on the website www.industrialdiscount.it following the instructions therein and also send your irrevocable purchase offer no later than 12.00 on 16/12/2022, following a of the following alternative methods:
- by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt or by hand to be delivered without fail to the operational headquarters of abilio S.p.a in via G. Galilei n. 6, 48018 Faenza (RA).- by pec communication to the address asset.om@pec.abilio.com.
On 19/12/2022 at 15:00 abilio S.p.a. will proceed to the opening of the envelopes containing the irrevocable purchase offers.
