Sale of asset belonging to Bankruptcy no. 02/2023 Court of Piacenza.

Sale in compliance with art 107 co.1 L.F.

Goods are located in Ziano Piacentino (PC) and can be inspected upon appointment.

In order to attend this online auction it is necessary to send a deposit of 6.500 Euro.

SALES NOTES:

- The deposit will be returned to the successful tenderer only at the end of the dismantling and removal of the goods and once the absence of damage to the structure, resulting from the dismantling and removal activities, has been verified jointly with the ownership of the property. Please read the competition regulations.

WITHDRAWAL NOTES:

Before collecting the goods to integrate and/or specify the conditions of delivery method and deadline, the successful tenderer must present suitable documentation proving compliance with the safety regulations for the personnel employed at the collection and any other documentation required by the relevant legislation in safety matters in general also with particular reference.

This Procedure is not registered in the VIES system. The European winners will be required to pay VAT.
