Company branch carrying out hotel accommodation activities. The two structures located in Foligno (PG), in the city center, currently have 24 accessible rooms, as well as a bar, private parking and a common room, air-conditioned rooms with free Wifi and private bathroom.
As of 01/10/2018, the business was managed by a third-party company with a contract that cannot be enforced against the procedure.

Neither the takeover of the lease nor the subsequent contractualization of hotel real estate leasing contracts are part of this sale, which must be managed independently by the future successful bidder.

Base auction price: Euro 42,250.00


ASYNCHRONOUS  SALES PROCEDURE
