NOTICE
As indicated in the notice of sale, the asynchronous online auction will take place on the portal www.venditegiudiziarie.it, under the conditions set out below, for the following asset:
LOT 1 – AUCTION 8168
Business unit operating in the hotel hospitality sector. The two properties, located in Foligno (PG) in the city center, currently offer no. 24 usable rooms, as well as a bar, private parking, and a common area. The rooms are air-conditioned and equipped with free Wi-Fi and private bathrooms.
As of 10/01/2018, the business has been entrusted to a third-party company under a management contract that is not enforceable against the procedure.
Neither the transfer of the lease nor the subsequent execution of hotel property lease agreements are included in this sale; these must be handled independently by the successful bidder.
ASYNCHRONOUS SALE PROCEDURE
(possibility of submitting online bids pursuant to art. 24 Ministerial Decree 32/2015)
on the portal www.venditegiudiziarieitalia.it
Online bids must be submitted by bidders by the deadline indicated in the notice of sale, by sending them to the Ministry’s certified email address offertapvp.dgsia@giustiziacert.it, using exclusively the pre-filled form available on the ministerial portal http://venditepubbliche.giustizia.it.
An online bid is considered filed at the moment the delivery receipt confirming successful submission is generated by the Ministry of Justice’s certified email provider.
The asynchronous auction will take place on the website www.venditegiudiziarieitalia.it and will last 2 hours, unless further bids are submitted.
