Sale of the assets belonging to Bankruptcy no. 45/2018 Court of Avellino.
Sale in compliance with art 107 co.1 L.F.
Goods are located in Avellino (AV) and can be inspected upon appointment.

NB TO BE ENABLED TO PARTICIPATE
The registered subject must also transmit:
a) in the case of registration of a natural person, the sending of a valid identification document;
b) in the case of registration of a company or other entity with legal personality, sending a visura cciaa and a valid document recognizing the legal representative;
c) a copy of the accountant of the bank transfer confirming the payment of the amount to be paid as a deposit.
The aforementioned documents must be sent by e-mail to report@itauction.it within and no later than the 9 am of the day before the auction closes as specified on the cover page www.industrialdiscount.it.
This procedure is necessary to check the reliability of the offers made for the goods.
This Procedure is not registered in the VIES system. The European winners will be required to pay VAT.

invalidated in case of taking part in the second phase of the auction. If a

seller), considering the trend of the auction, the price of the lot and its
auction price, could invalidate the participation of the foreign user and
