Lot No. 1 – AUCTION 9989: Company shares and shareholder financing credits held by the insolvency proceedings of the companies listed below: A) Cave del Metauro Srl, with registered office in Fano (PU), Via Einaudi No. 24, Tax Code/VAT No. 02114520410, in which the bankruptcy proceedings hold a 20.83% stake.
