ATTENTION: THE PARTICIPATION IN THIS PHASE OF THE AUCTION IS RESTRICTED EXCLUSIVELY TO THOSE WHO HAVE ALREADY SUBMITTED AN OFFER WITHIN THE LAST TERM FIXED IN THE NOTICE OF SALE
Bankruptcy no. 20/2018 Court of Marsala
Sale in compliance with art 107 co.1 L.F.
The Bankruptcy offers for sale the following assets which are part of the corporate complex of the bankrupt company located in Marsala, concerning the construction, assembly and sale of plants, machines and equipment and containers for the collection and transport of waste, both solid and liquid, as well as any other type of vehicle for urban and ecological hygiene services for both decoration and waste treatment.
The company subject to competitive tender consists of the following assets:
- Industrial factory made up of three buildings, including an external fenced area of approximately 7,760 m2.
- Photovoltaic system;
- Plants, machinery and equipment;
- Office furniture and machines;
- 4 cars: Audi A6, Fiat Doblò, Fiat Daily, Peugeot Ranch;
Goods are located in Marsala (TP) and can be inspected upon appointment
Business Complex (Single Lot):
Euro 825,000.00
It is specified that:
- the Procedure has received an irrevocable purchase offer with a guarantee of an amount equal to Euro 825,000.00, plus legal charges and in addition to the commission on the sale due to abilio S.p.A. and transfer charges, of which € 750,000.00 relating to the industrial factory consisting of three buildings including an external fenced area of approximately 7,760 m2 and the installed photovoltaic system, and the remaining € 75,000.00 relating to electrical machinery and
electronics, furniture and office machines, to the 4 cars Audi A6, Fiat Doblò, Fiat Daily, Peugeot Ranch), to machinery and equipment;
- the Procedure intends to start a sales experiment, placing the irrevocable deposited purchase offer received as the starting point for the auction, the methods of execution of which are governed by this Notice of Sale;
In order to participate in the auction, you must register on the website www.industrialdiscount.it following the instructions therein and also send your irrevocable purchase offer no later than 12.00 on 02/10/2023, according to one of the following alternative methods:
• by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt or by hand to be delivered without fail to the office of abilio s.r.l., in Via Galileo Galilei 6, 48018 Faenza (RA)
• by pec communication to the address asset.om@pec.abilio.com
On 05/10/2023 at 14.00 the abilio will open the envelopes
The complex put up for sale is granted in company lease with a contract of which the G.D. authorized the extension until 10.06.2023 (with termination clause in case of award).
There is a right of first refusal pursuant to the law of the tenant company of the company
