Auction Description

PROVISIONAL AWARD
The award is provisional and subject to acceptance by the Judicial Authority.

Sale of goods originating from Judicial Administration No. 4820/15 R.G.GIP of the Court of Catania.

The goods are located in Belpasso (CT) and can be inspected by appointment at 3:00 PM on Tuesday, March 10, 2026. All viewing requests must be received by 1:00 PM on March 9, 2025. Requests received after this date will not be considered.

SALE NOTES:

- These goods do not comply with legal regulations, including European regulations, and are therefore sold as scrap, with a ban on use and the successful bidder being required to scrap and/or demolish them at their own expense.

- Only legal entities with a VAT number and qualifying as Professionals (who purchase goods only for professional use and not for private use) pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005 will be eligible to participate in the auction. Specifically, the sale is open exclusively to scrap dealers.

- The party who is provisionally awarded one or more goods at the end of the auction must send the documentation indicated in the terms of sale to postvendita@industrialdiscount.com no later than 48 hours after the auction closes.

To participate in the auction, a deposit of €250 is required. Once the auction has concluded, the deposit will be refunded to the user. In the case of a winning user, it will be refunded upon payment.

The Procedure is not registered with VIES, therefore, European successful bidders will be required to pay VAT.
