Auction Description
Abilio S.p.A., in its capacity as agent under an advertising assistance contract on behalf of DEFI - BRICO SRL, invites non-binding Expressions of Interest to acquire one or more retail outlets as described in the Sales Information Sheet published on www.industrialdiscount.it by 12:00 PM on August 31, 2026.
AUCTION 10278 - SINGLE LOT
- DIY/retail outlet in Teramo €230,000 + goods valued at cost
- DIY/retail outlet in Ortona €220,000 + goods valued at cost
- DIY/retail outlet in Fossombrone €100,000 + goods valued at cost
Please note that the three retail outlets operate under a commercial affiliation regime and the The network agreement grants the franchisor a right of first refusal in the event of a transfer, in addition to ownership of the brand and the supply conditions.
The transfer will take place in accordance with Article 2112 of the Italian Civil Code and, subject to Court authorization, without the effects of Article 2560, paragraph 2, of the Italian Civil Code. Completion is expected by November 30, 2026.
The expression of interest must indicate: the store(s) of interest, the price offered, the payment terms, and any applicable conditions.
Further information may be provided upon request, subject to the signing of a confidentiality agreement.
To submit an Expression of Interest, you must:
a) register on the website www.industrialdiscount.it by following the instructions therein;
b) submit your Expression of Interest no later than August 31, 2026 12:00 PM, via certified email (PEC) to defibrico@pec.it. Please note that the documentation sent as an attachment and included in the certified email must be signed with a digital signature.
The certified email must contain only the subject line ""EXPRESSION OF INTEREST - AUCTION 10278"" without any other additional information.
