Auction Description

Sale of assets belonging to volontaria giurisdizione n. 1068 /2022 Court of Piacenza.

Sale in compliance with art 107 co.1 L.F.

Goods are located in Rivergaro (PC ) and can be inspected upon appointment on 11/05/2023 in the morning. All viewing requests must be received within 6.00 pm on 09/05/2023. All requests received after this date will not be taken into consideration.

In order to attend this online auction it is necessary to send a deposit of 22000 Euro. At the end of the auction the deposit will be refunded. In case of winning it will be refunded after payment receipt.

This Procedure is not registered in the VIES system. The European winners will be required to pay VAT.

Please note: Users who intend to export abroad, are not allowed to bid for lots registered in the Italian Public Register for Automobiles (i.e. P.R.A.).

SALE NOTES:

- some goods may contain consumables and products subject to expiry. In the event of the presence of the latter materials, it shall be the obligation of the successful bidder to dispose of them at its own expense, releasing Abilio SpA and the Procedure from any liability.

- Subjects not authorised to use these vehicles will be required to proceed with the change of set-up at their own motor vehicle registration office.

- Finally, please note that certain items placed inside the vehicles are the property of third parties (see attachment "Goods excluded from sale"), therefore they cannot be sold. The attached list "Lot 1" is to be considered indicative as it also includes the aforementioned goods, an inspection is suggested.
