Auction Description

Sale of goods belonging to Bankruptcy no.63/2022 Court of Pavia.

Sale in compliance with art 107 co.1 L.F.

Goods are located in Podenzano (PC) they can be inspected upon appointment on 03/13/2024. All viewing requests must be received by 1pm on 8/03/2024. Requests received after this date will not be taken into consideration.

In order to attend this online auction it is necessary to send a deposit of 250 Euro. At the end of the auction the deposit will be refunded. In case of winning it will be refunded after payment receipt.

This Procedure is not registered in the VIES system. The European winners will be required to pay VAT.

Please note: Users who intend to export abroad, are not allowed to bid for lots registered in the Italian Public Register for Automobiles (i.e. P.R.A.).
