Bankruptcy No. 16/2021 – Court of Brindisi
Sale of the business unit with permanent transfer of the entire pool of movable assets located therein (excluding third-party assets, assets on loan for use, rented assets, or in any case not owned by the bankruptcy estate).
The property will be granted for use for consideration for the remaining term of the agreement dated 01/10/2007, and therefore until 30/09/2037. Upon expiry of the agreement, everything constructed will become fully available to the Municipality of San Donaci free of charge, without any cost to the Municipal Administration, except for a possible single renewal of the agreement for an additional period.
