Bankruptcy no.16/2021 Court of Brindisi

Sale of the branch of the company with definitive transfer of the entire compendium of movable assets present therein (excluding third party assets, on loan, on lease or in any case not owned by the bankruptcy trusteeship)

The object of the contract remains the management of the RSSA structure called “Medicare – Don Vincenzo Lombardo” – created pursuant to Regional Regulation 4/2007 – art.66”, repealed by Regional Regulation no. 3 of 26 March 2021.

The property will be assigned for enjoyment for consideration for a residual period of the agreement dated 01.10.2007 and, therefore, until 30.09.2037. Upon expiration of the agreement, all that has been achieved will become fully available to the Municipality of San Donaci free of charge without any burden on the Municipal Administration, except for any single renewal of the agreement for a further period

In the event of either exercising or failing to exercise the right to submit an improved offer, the tenant shall be entitled to exercise the right of pre-emption within 60 (sixty) days of notification by the Procedure as described in the notice of sale.

Estimated Value: 1.484000,00
