Movable assets instrumental to the exercise of the tanning activity;
Possible existence of an unregistered de facto trademark, not formally registered but potentially having independent economic value, deriving from the commercial recognizability of the company and its historical presence in the tanning sector;
Possibility to take over the lease agreement of the property where the instrumental movable assets are located, at Via Liguria no. 7 – Santa Croce sull’Arno. The lease agreement has been renewed under the “6+6” formula starting from 01/07/2025.
It is specified that the company under Judicial Liquidation is the holder of a commercial lease agreement relating to the property located in Via Liguria no. 7, Santa Croce sull’Arno (PI). The lease agreement has been renewed by the Trustee; therefore, the successful bidder will take over the same lease agreement under the original conditions.
Any waste present within the lot for sale and/or within the property (not included in the sale) shall be removed by and at the expense of the successful bidder.
For details and information regarding the factual and legal status of the assets for sale, reference should be made to the valuation report, disclaiming any responsibility for lack of information on the part of interested parties.
Participants may take part in the auction if they have submitted their bid alternatively in accordance with point A (electronic bid) or point B (paper bid).
Electronic purchase bids must be submitted by the bidders no later than 12:00 noon on 03/02/2026, by sending them to the Ministry’s certified email address offertapvp.dgsia@giustiziacert.it, using exclusively the pre-filled form available on the Ministry’s portal http://venditepubbliche.giustizia.it.
The electronic bid is deemed filed at the moment the complete receipt of successful delivery is generated by the certified email provider of the Ministry of Justice.
The auction will take place on www.venditegiudiziarieitalia.it on 04/02/2026 starting from 10:00 a.m., and will last 5 (five) minutes, unless further bids are submitted.
