Lot Description

Rental of a company branch operating as a fuel fiscal storage

The company branch is composed of the following assets:

a) compendium of real estate located in the Municipality of Mazara del Vallo (TP), with access from Via G. Bessarione n. 19, extension: about 3700 square meters and including:

- a real estate unit with access to civic n. 19 of Via G. Bessarione, identified at the Catasto Fabbricati with the map sheet 188, particle 2759 sub 5, stuck with the particle 428 sub 4 (cat. D / 7), where are located no. 6 tanks for a total storage capacity of 4,514 cubic meters, as well as two main buildings, as well as additional minor buildings and equipment and plants useful to the business activity;
- an open area with access from the civic no. 1 of Via Alessandria, identified at the Catasto Fabbricati with the map sheet 188, particle 2759 sub 2 (cat. D / 7), extension; 750 square meters approx. and composed of the square located close to the coastal deposit, where precarious structures and minor buildings are located;
- soil particles, identified in the Catasto Terreni at the sheet no. 188 and nos. 2757 (unproductive uncultivated of 0.08) and 2758 (unproductive uncultivated of 1.21), adjacent to the aforementioned square, that are roadway (connected to the Via G. Bessarione);

b) compendium of the areas licensed located in the called "nuovo" and "vecchio" Ports of the Municipality of Mazara del Vallo, with fuel dispensers, underground tanks and support structures located at the "Mokarta" docks ( inside the new port) and “Edrisi” (inside the old port) composed of:

- A 500 square meters approx. licensed area, located on the “Mokarta” quay, surrounded by a yellow perimeter written on the pavement of the pier, occupied by n. 12 underground tanks for the storage and marketing of petroleum products, including support structures, over n. 4 retractable fuel supply points, located in another area of the same quay;

- a 35 square meters approx. licensed area, located on the “Edrisi” quay, surrounded by a yellow perimeter written on the pavement of the pier, where there are n. 2 external columns authorized to the bankrupt company and a 75 square metres approx. undergound second area, where there are n. 4 underground tanks for the storage and marketing of petroleum products;
- an oil pipeline connecting the coastal depot to the "Mokarta" quay;

c) assets and equipment placed at the service of the aforementioned branch.


The assets are located in Mazara del Vallo (TP)
