For the management of the collection of Movable Goods and Plants, an additional fee of €2,500.00 is due from the Buyer to the Specialized Entity, plus legal charges.
The Buyer is required to remove the Movable Goods and Plants from the Property at his own expense within and no later than 120 days
It is recommended to have the following means of collection: Truck, trailers, cranes, forklifts for handling
