Lot Description

Lot composed by machinery and equipment for the production of windows and doors as an inventory list. 

The sale of such assets is exclusively addressed to individuals who carry out the activity of scraps, specialized in the storage and recovery of ferrous scrap. Only scraps with Italian registered office will be allowed to take part in the auction. The person who, at the end of the auction, has won one or more non-EC goods, will be required to send, within and not later than 48 hours, to vp@industrialdiscount.com:
  • the terms and conditions of sale signed on each page and signed by the tenderer or its legal representative (in the case of an offer submitted by a legal entity); 
  • the form which can be downloaded from the website, attesting the will to fix goods or to proceed with the demolition of them or attesting to the use of the goods as spare parts; 
  • a copy of the CCIAA waiver in the case of an offer submitted by a legal entity; 
  • the identity document of the tenderer being valid in the case of an offer submitted by a natural person, or a copy of the tender document of the tenderer's legal representative in the case of a bid submitted by a legal entity.
