During the inspection the asset was not seen working , the switchboard was started but could not be put in motion because of the lack of diesel .
The good  has been seen in fair  conditions , have not been noticed mechanical or electrical damage and the goods have only physiological signs of wear due to age .
Good has worked for 6,763 h , there has been the break of some windows of the cockpit , dents and scratches on the carriages
