Lot Description
JUDICIAL LIQUIDATION NO. 93/2024
Dr. Stefano Giorgi, with offices in Bergamo, Via Monte Grappa no. 7, acting as Trustee of Judicial Liquidation no. 93/2024 of the Court of Bergamo,
WHEREAS
the Procedure has received an irrevocable purchase offer in the amount of €841,963.58 (eight hundred forty-one thousand nine hundred sixty-three/58), plus statutory charges and plus the sales commissions due to Abilio S.p.A., relating to the business assets and the goods included in the Single Lot;
the Procedure intends to initiate a sale process, setting the received purchase offer as the base auction price, the terms and conditions of which are governed by this Notice of Sale;
the aforementioned bidder is in any case required to register for the auction and to participate in the sale process in accordance with the instructions set out in these Bidding Rules and the Notice of Sale, subject to payment of the deposit referred to in point 1.n) of the section “CONTENTS OF THE OFFER”;
HEREBY GIVES NOTICE
that on 26 January 2026, starting from 11:00 a.m., an asynchronous online auction will be held on the portal www.venditegiudiziarieitalia.it, for the following asset:
SINGLE LOT – LISTING NO. 9785: business assets operating in the metalworking sector (mechanical processing of steels, ferrous and non-ferrous materials, aluminum alloys, titanium and high-grade plastic materials, for medium and small components of the highest precision), located in an industrial facility owned by third parties in Grassobbio (BG), Via Padre Cherubino Elzi no. 32, and currently leased to third parties pursuant to a business lease agreement effective from 1 April 2024, with a term ending on 31 March 2027, enforceable against any third-party successful bidders, consisting of (as per the detailed inventory attached to the notarized business lease agreement on file).
Base auction price: €841,963.58 (eight hundred forty-one thousand nine hundred sixty-three/58)
Minimum bid increments: €10,000.00 (ten thousand/00)
ASYNCHRONOUS ONLINE SALE PROCEDURE
