Assignment pro soluto of tax credits for a total nominal value of Euro 114,972.50 (one hundred fourteen thousand nine hundred seventy-two/50) – traceable – assigned in favor of Gest Green Power S.r.l. by clients of the latter, accrued in relation to energy efficiency and building improvement works subject to the tax incentive regulated by Art. 119 and 12 of Law Decree No. 34/2020 with tax codes 6921, 7711, 7718, and 7719, as per the Tax Credit Transfer Platform of the Italian Revenue Agency of the company under judicial liquidation and according to the appraisal report prepared by lawyer Paola Santandrea on 16.06.2025, to which reference is made for a more detailed description of the tax credits subject to transfer.
Electronic purchase offers must be submitted by bidders no later than 12:00 p.m. on September 26, 2025, by sending them to the Ministry’s certified email address offertapvp.dgsia@giustiziacert.it, using exclusively the pre-filled form available on the ministerial portal http://venditepubbliche.giustizia.it
