Rai Cinema holds a 35% ownership share of all rights and revenues of the film, pursuant to an associated production agreement and rights grant dated 22/12/2005. Finally, it is noted that CINECITTÀ S.p.A. has submitted a formal request (without providing any supporting documentation) not to liquidate certain cinematographic rights (L’uomo nero – Missione di pace – Il rosso e il blu – Un posto bellissimo), as a state-backed claim allegedly exists over such rights, secured by specific contractual and statutory restrictions.
