Lot composed by: 
Photovoltaic system consisting of 90 Aleo brand modules produced in Germany of specific power equal to 215 W, located on special metal stands and the conversion group consists of No. 3 inverters brand SMA produced in Germany IP 65 protection class, totally protected against powders and against water jets. The photovoltaic modules consistently with the legislation of the time do not have a certificate of disposal or adhesion to the list of systems/consortiums for the disposal of photovoltaic modules at the end of their life. The photovoltaic system identified with the unique GSE code, Energy Services Manager, 255724 has a nominal power of 19.35 kW.

IT IS SPECIFIED THAT:
  • the photovoltaic plant object of sale is subject to a lease contract regarding the portion of the roof on which it is located, which will end on 31/12/2031
  • the rent has already been paid in full.
  • the contractor, on the date of expiry of the contract, must deliver to the lessor the photovoltaic system, in good state of conservation, against payment of € 1.000 over VAT
  • the contractor undertakes not to make any modification, innovation or improvement to the portion of the roof without the consent of the landlord
