Auction sale of Grader Fiat Allis motor graders, workshop equipment and office furniture belonging to Bankruptcy no. 25/2019 Court of Macerata.

The sale includes for example:

- Dewalt portable miter saw,

- work table with vice,

- Metabo whisk,

- metal shelving,

- wooden table,

- desks,

- seats,

and more.

Sale in compliance with art 107 co.1 L.F.

Goods are located in Caldarola (MC) and can be inspected upon appointment.

Please note: Users who intend to export abroad, are not allowed to bid for lots registered in the Italian Public Register for Automobiles (i.e. P.R.A.).

In order to attend this online auction it is necessary to send a deposit of 500 Euro. At the end of the auction the deposit will be refunded. In case of winning it will be refunded after payment receipt.

SALE NOTES

- It is specified that it will not be possible to export lot 4 due to lack of original documentation.

WITHDRAWAL NOTES

- It should be noted that for the MC9537 tractor, which is part of lot 1, when the goods are collected, the plate must be removed from the vehicle and delivered by hand to the procedure and / or to the contact person on site.

This Procedure is not registered in the VIES system. The European winners will be required to pay VAT.
