It is specified that:
- The sale is reserved exclusively for subjects resident in Italy
- the good can only be used after being brought into compliance
- at the time of the awarding, the successful tenderer will have to pay a deposit equal to 20% of the hammer price that will be returned upon delivery to the organs of the safety certificate procedure
the subject who will be awarded the goods at the end of the competition will be required to send, no later than 48 hours from the close of the auction, to the address vp@industrialdiscount.com:
- the present conditions of sale signed on each page and signed in full at the bottom of the bidder or his legal representative (in the case of an offer submitted by a legal entity),form, downloadable from the website, certifying the willingness to make the goods as per property (Form A),
- CCIAA visa copy in the case of an offer submitted by a legal entity,
- valid identity document of the bidder in the case of an offer presented by a natural person, or a copy of the document of the attorney representative of the bidder in the case of an offer submitted by a legal entity.
In case of failure to send the aforementioned documentation within the indicated deadlines, the bidder will automatically be considered lapsed and the procedure will be entitled to forfeit the deposit paid for the purposes of participation as a penalty. The defaulting winner will also be deleted from the portal, with the impossibility of participating in new auctions
