Sale of a tower crane, a concrete production plant, a plant for prefabrication of artifacts Pulifici, and a wheel loader Benati belonging to Bankruptcy no. 187/2013 Court of Palermo.

In order to attend this online auction it is necessary to send a deposit of 100 Euro. At the end of the auction the deposit will be refunded. In case of winning it will be refunded after payment receipt.

Please note, some of the lots (4 and 6) consist of non-compliant goods, as provided in the relevant Community directives.
These goods can then be used within the European Community only after being placed in accordance with the standards required that will have to take place prior to their collection; alternatively, they should be scraped or used only as spare parts, which should not, however, be used for the construction and assembly of new machinery, but used solely as replacements of equipment.
Under no circumstances may such goods be used prior to standardization, if not as spare parts.
By accepting these specific sales conditions, the tenderer who buys one of the lots indicated hereby undertakes to act in one of the following ways:
- The tenderer undertakes to proceed with the placing of the goods directly at the premises of the Procedure before collecting them (in this case the successful tenderer must deliver, before proceeding with the withdrawal material, a certificate);
- The tenderer undertakes to proceed with the demolition of the good without using it in any way before scraping, if not spare parts, which are not to be used for the construction and assembly of new machinery but used exclusively In lieu of worn equipment (in which case the bidder will be required to send a downloadable form from the site declaring the intention to proceed with the scrapping);
- The bidder undertakes to use the goods purchased solely and exclusively for the purchase of spare parts, which should not, however, be used for the construction and assembly of new machinery but used solely as replacement of worn equipment (in this case, the bidder will be required to send a special form which can be download from the Website declaring the will to use the goods as spare parts only).
All costs related to the demolition and disposal of goods, including any reclamation costs, are exclusive and are carried out under the sole responsibility of the tenderer's tenderer.
The person who, at the end of the tender, has won one or more non-EC goods, will be required to send, within and not later than 48 hours after closing the auction, to do@industrialdiscount.com:
- The present terms and conditions of sale signed on each page and subscribed to by the tenderer or its legal representative (in the case of a bid submitted by a legal entity);
- Form that can be downloaded from the site, attesting to the will to put goods, or to proceed with the demolition of goods or attesting to the use of the goods as spare parts;
- A copy of the CCIAA notice in the case of an offer submitted by a legal entity;
- The identity document of the tenderer being valid in the case of an offer submitted by a natural person, ie a copy of the document of the legal rapporteur of the tenderer in the case of a bid submitted by a legal entity.
In case of failure to submit the above mentioned documentation within the terms indicated, the tenderer will automatically be deemed to have fallen out of the award and the procedure will have the right to forfeit the security paid for the purpose of participating in a criminal offense. The defaulting bidder will also be removed from the portal, with no possibility to participate in new auctions.
