Sale of the assets belonging to Bankruptcy no. 24/2018 Court of Siracusa.
Sale in compliance with art 107 co.1 L.F.
Goods are located in Melilli (SR) and can be inspected upon appointment.

In order to attend this online auction it is necessary to send a deposit of 150 Euro. At the end of the auction the deposit will be refunded. In case of winning it will be refunded after payment receipt.

To view the goods being sold, the request must be received at least 15 days before the auction expiry date, in order to request the necessary access authorizations from the owner of the property.

This Procedure is not registered in the VIES system. The European winners will be required to pay VAT.
On 27.12.2021 the closure of the 4th experiment was postponed to 14/02/2022 in order to comply with the publication rules of the Portale delle Vendite Pubbliche.
Please note: Users who intend to export abroad, are not allowed to bid for lots registered in the Italian Public Register for Automobiles (i.e. P.R.A.).
It should be noted that in relation to lot 10 the successful tenderer could decide, if interested in scrapping the goods, please read the attached conditions of sale and collection for further information.
