Sale in compliance with art 107 co.1 L.F.
Goods are located in Pescara (PE) and can be inspected upon appointment on 12/01/2024 in the morning. All viewing requests must be received within 1.00 pm on 10/01/2024. All requests received after this date will not be taken into consideration.

-We inform you that the accrued and accruing costs of storing the lot will be borne by the successful bidder. These costs will be borne by the successful bidder until the actual collection date (it should be noted that collection can only be scheduled after the transfer of ownership has taken place). The costs accrued as of 01.07.2023 are equal to approximately €3,989.50 plus VAT. To these costs, the sum equal to approximately €2.70 plus VAT per day will be added until the actual collection date.
