Please note: Users who would like to export the PRA registered vehicles are not allowed to bid for this auction. For this reason, the participation is always invalidated for non-resident in italy users also in case of of taking part in the second phase of the auction. Users are not allowed to ask for plate cancellation in order to export the vehicle. If the above mentioned users attend the auction for one of this lot, the Procedure (the seller), considering the trend of the auction, the price of the lot and its auction price, could invalidate the participation of the foreign user and revoke the sale. Please read carefully the specific conditions of sale.
IT IS SPECIFIED THAT:
• Users correctly registered to the portal may submit purchase offers for each lot on sale filling in the form on the page of the lot and paying the deposit indicated by credit card or bank transfer.
• ITA will confirm the offers received only after receiving the correct receipt of the form and the crediting of the deposit.
• ITA will send an e-mail to the e-mail address indicated by the user in order to communicate the validation of the offer as well as the personal and secret code to be used in order to attend the online auction. Please note that the code received will be requested only during the sales operations. You are reminded that this code, being secret and personal, once sent to the email address of registration can not in any way be sent again or communicated to third parties.
