Auction Description
Sale of asset belonging to Judicial Liquidation no.38/2024 Court of Taranto.
Sale in compliance with art 216 CCII.
Goods are located in Torricella (TA) and can be inspected upon appointment on 12.09.2025 at 12.00 am. All viewing requests must be received within 6.00 pm on 08.09.2025. All requests received after this date will not be taken into consideration.
SALE NOTES:
- The award is provisional and subject to acceptance by the Procedure Authorities.
- These assets do not comply with applicable laws, including European regulations, and are therefore sold as scrap. Their use is prohibited and the successful bidder is required to proceed with scrapping and/or demolition at their own expense, notifying the Procedure Authorities and the competent authorities.
- Only legal entities with a VAT number and who qualify as Professionals (who purchase the assets solely for professional use and not for private use) pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005 will be eligible to participate in the auction. Specifically, the sale is open exclusively to demolition companies operating in the sector in relation to the product category for sale.
- The person who is provisionally awarded one or more items at the end of the auction will be required to send the documentation indicated in the conditions of sale to postvendita@industrialdiscount.com within 48 hours of the auction closing.
Auction carried out through an asynchronous sale procedure pursuant to art. 25 D.M. 32/2015
IT IS SPECIFIED THAT:
• Users correctly registered to the portal may submit purchase offers for each lot on sale filling in the form on the page of the lot and paying the deposit indicated by credit card or bank transfer.
• INDUSTRIAL DISCOUNT will confirm the offers received only after receiving the correct receipt of the form and the crediting of the deposit.
• INDUSTRIAL DISCOUNT will send an e-mail to the e-mail address indicated by the user in order to communicate the validation of the offer as well as the personal and secret code to be used in order to attend the online auction. Please note that the code received will be requested only during the sales operations. You are reminded that this code, being secret and personal, once sent to the email address of registration can not in any way be sent again or communicated to third parties.
