Assignment of the VAT credit (the refund application submitted with the 2017 supplementary VAT return for the 2016 tax year)

- Purchase formula proposal with a minimum percentage of 75%
The offers must be sent in writing to the Legal Receiver of the composition with creditors avv. Luca Giardini via PEC (Pec liquidator: avvlucagiardini@puntoipec.it) by and no later than 18.00 on 30 December 2020 must report, under penalty of inadmissibility, the information contained in point B) "Offer Conditions" and the '' express and unconditional acceptance of all the conditions
The Procedure is not registered in VIES, therefore the European successful bidders will be required to pay VAT.
