INVITATION TO OFFER
Whereas:
Within the scope of the Procedure, an irrevocable offer to purchase (the Offer) has been received for shares equal to the entire share capital of Intrigo Cafè S.r.l. (C.F. 06065381219), with registered office in Casalnuovo di Napoli, at via Provinciale Arcora n. 60. Intrigo Cafè S.r.l. is engaged in the performance of bar, brewery, pub, and public food and beverage services. The Offer provides for the purchase of the entire share capital for a consideration of Euro 10,000.00 (ten thousand/00), to be paid at the same time as the purchase of the aforementioned shares.
Given the above, the undersigned,
WARNS
That in order to submit an irrevocable purchase offer it is necessary to:
a) register on the website www.industrialdiscount.it following the instructions indicated therein;
b) send your irrevocable purchase offer no later than 12:00 on 09/18/2024, via certified email to asset.om@pec.abilio.com. It is specified that the documentation sent as an attachment and contained within the certified email message must necessarily be signed with a digital signature;
It is specified that if competing offers are received to the one already received in the hands of the procedure, the Bankruptcy Trustee reserves the right to order the opening of the competitive procedure which must be concluded within the validity term of the offer received, i.e. no later than 10/14/2024
