COURT OF ROME
SIMPLIFIED COMPOSITION 6/2024
Dr. Alejandro Octavio Quentin, Voluntary Liquidator (hereinafter the “Professional”) of the company Pastificio Domenico Paone Srl in liquidation, subject to the procedure in the epigraph (hereinafter the “Procedure”)
WHEREAS
- the Procedure has received an irrevocable purchase proposal relating to the branch of the company for sale LOT 1 – AUCTION 8573. This proposal was deemed appropriate and was notified to the Delegated Judge;
- The Procedure received an irrevocable offer in the amount of €1,300,000.00, plus legal charges;
- the Procedure intends to start a sales experiment, aimed at seeking improved offers, placing the irrevocable purchase offer received as the starting price, the methods of which are regulated by these Tender Rules;
all this being stated
NOTICE
that on 17 December 2024 at 10:00 a.m. the sale will be held on the portal www.venditegiudiziarieitalia.it, under the conditions described below, of the following asset:
LOT 1 – AUCTION 8573: Business unit owned by the company Pastificio Domenico Paone Srl in liquidation, carrying out pasta production and wholesale trade in pre-packaged food products relating to the pasta sector.
The following assets are included in the transfer of the business unit:
1) Brands;
2) Capital goods.
3) Pasta stock. It should be noted that the stock has been entirely sold or otherwise disposed of. The value of the stock is therefore to be considered zero;
4) Packaging inventory. All packaging indicated as “unusable” has been disposed of. The others, however, are still present although they are difficult to use (they are now old packaging that will probably have to be disposed of);
5) employment contracts with 15 employees.
It should be noted that the branch of the company does NOT include the building in which the company assets are currently located, in Formia (Latina). The dismantling and removal of all assets is the responsibility and expense of the successful tenderer.
Auction starting price: € 1,300.00.00
Minimum increase: € 10,000.00

Electronic purchase offers must be received by the presenters of the offer no later than 12:00 on 16/12/2024 by sending them to the PEC address of the Ministry offertapvp.dgsia@giustiziacert.it, using exclusively the pre-filled web form available on the ministerial portal http://venditepubbliche.giustizia.it.
The auction takes place on the website www.venditegiudiziarieitalia.it on 17 December 2024 from 10:00 and following and lasts 5 minutes, unless further increases are submitted.
The management cost upon collection is equal to 12,000 euros.
