HEREBY NOTIFIES
that on 29/01/2026 starting at 3:00 PM, a competitive sale will take place on the portal www.industrialdiscount.it concerning the following assets:
SINGLE LOT – AUCTION NO. 9672:
Transfer of a business unit engaged in the design, production, and marketing of high-technology electromedical devices (remote monitoring of patients with respiratory and cardiac insufficiency).
Starting auction price: Euro 360,000.00
Minimum bid: Euro 360,000.00
Minimum bid increments: Euro 5,000.00
For details and information regarding the actual and legal status of the assets included in the lot, as well as any registered liens or encumbrances, please refer to the appraisal report, with the exclusion of any liability arising from lack of information on the part of interested parties.

The irrevocable purchase offer, together with all the documentation listed below, must be enclosed in a sealed envelope bearing only the wording:

with no additional indications.
