COURT OF VICENZA
SIMPLIFYING COMPOSITION No. 2/2024
Dr. Alessio Scuglia with office in via G. Chinotto No. 24 in Vicenza, Liquidator (hereinafter the “Professional”) of the Simplified Composition No. 2/2024 (hereinafter the “Procedure”)
WHEREAS
- the Procedure received an expression of interest in the purchase of the SINGLE LOT – AUCTION 9224 for €70,000.00, plus legal charges and plus the sales commissions due to Abilio S.p.a., duly guaranteed for an amount equal to 10% of the proposed price;
- the Procedure intends to start a sales experiment, setting the above-mentioned value as the starting price of the auction, the methods of which are regulated by this Notice of Sale;
Given and considered all of the above, the Procedure
NOTICE
that on 07/08/2025 from 10:00 a.m. the asynchronous telematic sale will be held on the portal www.venditegiudiziarieitalia.it, under the conditions described below, of the following asset:
SINGLE LOT – AUCTION 9224: Sale of a business operating in the sector of repair and ordinary maintenance of special equipment and machinery for industry and crafts (commercial refrigeration and air purification equipment), consisting of:
The Goodwill,
The internet domain and the website.
Capital goods granted in usufruct;
No. 5 employees
It is specified that the Company compendium is granted in fair enjoyment of a company lease agreement signed on 01/08/2024 and valid until 31/07/2025, tacitly renewable from year to year unless terminated with 3 months' notice - Annual fee € 15,5600.
The successful tenderer is granted the right to partially pay the award fee by taking over pursuant to art. 411 of the Italian Code of Civil Procedure of the debts towards the employees who will be employed by the company at the time of the transfer and this with the obligation, on the part of the successful tenderer, to obtain a union agreement with the transferred employees with a liberating effect towards the Procedure. In the event of failure to reach a union agreement with a liberating effect towards the Procedure, the Liquidator reserves the right not to proceed with the transfer of the company.
Auction starting price: €70,000.00
Minimum auction raise: €2,500.00
