the following assets owned by the bankruptcy proceedings, as described in the appraisal report attached to this notice:

- AUCTION 8683 - Lot no. 2): 49% shareholding in the share capital of the company AZIENDA AGRARIA FALCINELLI SNC di Stefano Falcinelli & C., with registered office in Madonna del Piano nr.7, Monte Castello di Vibio (PG), Tax code and VAT no. 02274000542,

Starting bid: €9,800.00.
Minimum raise €500.00.

To participate in the auction, you must register on the website www.industrialdiscount.it by following the instructions indicated therein and also send your irrevocable purchase offer no later than 12:00 on 17/03/2025, via certified email to asset.om@pec.abilio.com. Please note that the documentation sent as an attachment and contained in the certified email must necessarily be signed with a digital signature.

On 18/03/2025 at 2:00 pm, Abilio will open the envelopes.

In the event of a purchase offer being submitted for the lots in bulk AUCTION 8685 LOT 4, the same will prevail over the purchase offers submitted for the individual lots. Therefore, the offers submitted for the individual lots will be invalidated and the re-bidding phase will not take place.
