The Sales Delegate Avv. Monica Rampazzo, delegated by the Judicial Liquidator of Composition with Creditors n. 113/2013 of the Court of Padua

POSTS FOR SALE

to the best bidder pursuant to articles 105 et seq. L.F., as SINGLE LOT the company branch having as its object the production, sale of slicing machines and machines for food products, with the express exclusion of the warehouse, employees whose employment relationship has already ceased and the building where the company is exercised.
The business branch to be transferred consists of:
- fixed assets
- brand name
- goodwill

Price based on the competitive procedure: €. 133,000.00 (one hundred and thirty three thousand/00)

Minimum bid: €100,000.00 (one hundred thousand/00) (rounded up)

AND FIXED

for the deliberation on the offer and/or for the tender between several bidders, the date of 18/07/2023 at 15:00 at the Polo delle Aste located in via Berchet n. 8, in the same way as the terms and conditions set out in the announcement.

Method of submitting offers:

a) ANALOGUE OFFERS: purchase offers drawn up on legal paper (with a 16.00 euro revenue stamp), according to the attached scheme and posted on the www.industrialdiscount.it portal, must be presented by 12.00 on the day before the tender at the Auction Center located in Padua (PD) in Via Berchet 8.

b) TELEMATIC OFFERS: The offer must be formulated by accessing the public sales portal via the "Telematic Offer" web form provided by the Ministry of Justice and which can also be accessed from the portal of the sales manager www.spazioaste.it and must contain the data and information pursuant to art. 12 Ministerial Decree 32/15.

The envelopes will be opened on 18/07/2023 at 15:00;

In the event of multiple valid offers, the tender will proceed among the bidders starting, as the base price for the tender, from the value of the highest offer and with a minimum bid of Euro -5,000.00 (five thousand/00) on the relative amount.

Further information and the examination of the appraisals may be respectively obtained and carried out at the Polo delle Aste with headquarters in Padua, Via Berchet 8 or at the Sales Delegate, subject to receipt of a suitable commitment of confidentiality, on the form which will be made available by the Liquidator Dr. Stefano Puccini, to be sent by certified e-mail to PEC PROCEDURE cp113.2013padova@pecconcordati.it
