Judicial liquidation n. 03/2022 of the Court of Lucca
On 14/11/2024 at 10:00 the online sale will be held in asynchronous mode on the porta www.venditegiudiziarieitalia.it under the conditions set out in these Tender Regulations, of the following goods:
Transfer of no. 354 shares of the company Aquapur Multiservizi S.p.a. (nominal value € 1,826.64) with headquarters in Porcari (LU) via Lazzareschi n.67. The shares are sold free of burdens and constraints and in the state of fact and law in which they are found.
Base auction price € 1.000,00
Minimum raise € 200.00
ASYNCHRONOUS TELEMATIC SALE PROCEDURE
(possibility of receiving online offers, pursuant to article 24 of Ministerial Decree 32/2015)
on the portal www.venditeudiarieitalia.it
The online purchase offers must be received by the offer submitters no later than 12:00 on 13/11/2024 by sending it to the PEC address of the Ministry offertapvp.dgsia@giustiziacert.it, using exclusively the form pre-compiled form available on the ministerial portal http://venditepubbliche.giustizia.it.
The asynchronous auction takes place on the website http://venditepubbliche.giustizia.it. on 14/11/2024 from 10:00 to 12:00 and will last for two hours, unless further bids are presented.
