LOT 1 - Share of ownership and exploitation rights equal to 2.2%, in the factual and legal state in which they are found, relating to the cinematographic work "Il Ritorno di Cagliostro" registered in the Public Register of cinematographic and audiovisual works with the number L9705 dated 04-04-2001.
The work, presented in competition at the 60th Venice Film Festival in the countercurrent section (2003), is set in Palermo in 1947.

LOT 2 - Share of ownership and exploitation rights equal to 82%, in the state of fact and law in which they are found, relating to the cinematographic work "I am Tony Scott or how Italy killed the greatest jazz clarinettist" . The work tells, through the testimonies of over one hundred interviewees including relatives, friends, musicians and critics, "[...] the story of Tony Scott.
The documentary film, whose production ended in 2010, tells the story of a white man who managed to gain acceptance by the black community of jazz musicians in the 1940s.
