Auction Description

Sale of assets belonging to Bankruptcy no. 620/2021 Court of Roma .

Sale in compliance with art 107 co.1 L.F.

Goods are located in Roma (RM) and can be inspected upon appointment.

In order to attend this online auction it is necessary to send a deposit of 150 Euro. At the end of the auction the deposit will be refunded. In case of winning it will be refunded after payment receipt.

This Procedure is not registered in the VIES system. The European winners will be required to pay VAT.

Please note: Users who intend to export abroad, are not allowed to bid for lots registered in the Italian Public Register for Automobiles (i.e. P.R.A.).

Notice is hereby given that in addition to the goods indicated in the description and attachment of lot 2, all costs of removal, transport, securing, cleaning of the premises with removal of waste and additional paints present in the property and not indicated in the published list will be the responsibility of the successful bidder. It is also specified that there is no knowledge of the expiry date of the paints; should they expire, it will be the responsibility of the successful tenderer to dispose of them.
