COMPETITIVE AUCTION NOTICE FOR RENTAL OF A HOTEL HONORED BY THE HOTEL ALEXANDER BEACH WITH THE RIGHT OF PREPARATION FOR THE PURCHASE
In order to participate in the auction it is necessary to register on the website www.industrialdiscount.it following the instructions indicated therein and also send, by pec to the address itauction@pec.it “irrevocable rental offer no later than 12 noon, 00 of 29 March 2019.
The assets are located in San Mauro Pascoli (FC) and can be inspected by appointment on the 28/03/2019 in the afternoon. Vision requests must be received with adequate advance.

The upward auction will open on 1 April 2019 starting at 15.00 and will end on 1 April 2019 itself at 17.00 (except as provided for in paragraph 11 below) and only qualified bidders can participate.
