Sale of goods belonging to Bankruptcy no.116/2019 Court of Cagliari.
Sale in compliance with art 107 co.1 L.F.
Goods are located in Cagliari (CA) and can be inspected upon appointment.

In order to attend this online auction it is necessary to send a deposit of 500 Euro. At the end of the auction the deposit will be refunded. In case of winning it will be refunded after payment receipt.
This Procedure is not registered in the VIES system. The European winners will be required to pay VAT.
On the 03/02/2020 the specific condition of sale were
modified about registered vehicles. Please read the specific condition of sale.
Please note: foreign users (non-resident in Italy) are not allowed to bid for PRA registered vehicles. The participation could be also invalidated in case of taking part in the second phase of the auction.
