Auction Description

Auction carried out through an asynchronous sale procedure pursuant to art. 25 D.M. 32/2015

Sale in compliance with art 107 co.1 L.F. 
Sale of logistics machinery and equipment, office furnishings and vehicles Bankruptcy no.18/2018 Court of Rimini.

The sale includes:

- Linde forklift,
- Sotemapack packaging lines
- Pack Line Packing Machine;
- Gilardoni radiongena machine
- reception desks and office furniture;
- Volkswagen Multivan

and much more

Goods are located in Riccione (RN), Civitanova Marche (MC) e San Donato Milanese (MI) and can be inspected upon appointment 

On 18/01/2019 the deadline for submission of the first experiment was postponed to 27/02/2019 in order to comply with the terms of publication on the Portale delle Vendite Pubbliche

This Procedure is not registered in the VIES system. The European winners will be required to pay VAT.

IT IS SPECIFIED THAT:

  • Users correctly registered to the portal may submit purchase offers for each lot on sale filling in the form on the page of the lot and paying the deposit indicated by credit card or bank transfer.

  • ITA will confirm the offers received only after receiving the correct receipt of the form and the crediting of the deposit.

  • ITA will send an e-mail to the e-mail address indicated by the user in order to communicate the validation of the offer as well as the personal and secret code to be used in order to attend the online auction. Please note that the code received will be requested only during the sales operations. You are reminded that this code, being secret and personal, once sent to the email address of registration can not in any way be sent again or communicated to third parties.
