In order to attend this online auction it is necessary to send a deposit of 250 Euro. At the end of the auction the deposit will be refunded. In case of winning it will be refunded after payment receipt.

RESIDENTS IN ITALY

The person who has won one or more goods at the end of the tender will be required to send at the adress report@itauciont.it, within and no later than 48 hours from the closing of the auction, the aforementioned documentation and the self-certification of the anti-mafia declaration better described in the specific sales conditions

In the event of failure to send the aforementioned documentation within the time limits indicated, the bidder will automatically be deemed to have lost the award and the procedure will have the right to forfeit the deposit paid for the purpose of participation as a penalty.

THE AWARD IS SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL OF THE BODIES OF THE PROCEDURE

This Procedure is not registered in the VIES system. The European winners will be required to pay VAT.
