JUDICIAL LIQUIDATION PROCEDURE NO. 25/2025
Invitation to Bid
The undersigned, Dr. Bruno Fisco, with offices in Solbiate Arno (VA), Via Molinello 35, as Trustee of the aforementioned proceeding;
Whereas:
The Procedure has received an irrevocable offer to purchase, plus legal fees and the sales commission due to Abilio S.p.A. in the amount of 10%, to be paid within 3 business days, plus fees for the activities performed relating to the movable assets owned by the aforementioned Judicial Liquidation;
The Procedure intends to initiate a collection of bids, setting the irrevocable purchase offer received as the starting price;
In the event of the failure to submit further valid bids, the bidder will be deemed the successful bidder.

You are invited to submit secured purchase offers by 12:00 PM on November 14, 2025, for the movable assets listed in the Lot Catalog, owned by the aforementioned auction:
Auction No. 9615 – Furnishings located at Via Veneto 4°, Luino, as detailed in the inventory published on the website www.industrialdiscount.it.
Starting Price: €6,345.00
To submit an irrevocable purchase offer, you must:
Register on the website www.industrialdiscount.it by following the instructions therein;
Send your irrevocable purchase offer no later than 12:00 PM on November 14, 2025, to Abilio S.p.A. via certified email (PEC) to asset.om@pec.abilio.com. Please note that if you submit your bid via certified email (PEC), the documentation attached and included in the certified email must be digitally signed.
If a better bid is received, if deemed appropriate and subject to authorization from the GD, it will be used as the starting price for the subsequent competitive auction.
