Auction Description
Sale of assets arising from Bankruptcy No. 13/2022 of the Court of Cassino.
Sale pursuant to Article 107, paragraph 1, of the Bankruptcy Law.
The assets are located in Modena and can be inspected by appointment.

To participate in the auction, a deposit of €500 is required. Once the auction has concluded, the deposit will be refunded to the bidder. In the case of a winning bidder, it will be refunded upon receipt of payment.
The Procedure is not registered with VIES, therefore, European bidders will be required to pay VAT.
