Sale of the assets belonging from Bankruptcy n. 14/2016 of the Court of Alessandria.
Sale in compliance with art 107 co.1 L.F.
Goods are located in Morsasco (AL) and can be inspected upon appointment.

In order to attend this online auction it is necessary to send a deposit of 1.000 Euro. At the end of the auction the deposit will be refunded. In case of winning it will be refunded after payment receipt.

modified about registered vehicles. Please read the specific condition of sale.
Please note: foreign
users (non-resident in Italy) are not allowed to bid for this lot. The
participation could be also invalidated in case of taking part in the second
phase of the auction. If a foreign user attend the auction for this lot,
the Procedure (the seller), considering the trend of the auction, the price of
the lot and its auction price, could invalidate the participation of the
foreign user and revoke the sale. Please read carefully the specific conditions
of sale.
We inform you that, within 24 hours from the closing of the auction, those who turn out to be the winner of goods falling under the category "agricultural vehicles" will have to send the documents indicated in the specific sales conditions to the email address to report@itauction.it. under penalty of revocation of the award.
It is specified that in the event that the contractors are:
- Users residing in Ravenna = the transfer of ownership will be carried out at the Effe di Faenza car agency at a cost of € 190
- Users residing outside the province of Ravenna = will have to carry out the transfer of property to the MCTC of competence.
- Users resident abroad = the practice of demolition of the plate will be only carried out by the by the Effe agency car practices located in Faenza at a cost of 230,00 euro
