- In the event that the object of the sale are assets that can be defined as works of art / ancient things and the award value is equal to or greater than € 10,000, the successful bidder will be required to send within 48 hours of closing auction, to the email address pec abilio@pec.illimity.com the documents indicated in the specific conditions of sale and collection.

WITHDRAWAL NOTES
- We inform you that the withdrawal of the lots offered for sale is difficult as for the collection of each lot it is necessary to move one or more goods. It will be the responsibility of the successful bidder of each lot to move the goods that hinder the collection of the awarded lot, once the awarded lot has been released, it will also be the responsibility of the successful bidder to reposition the moved goods to their original location. The costs of these operations will be borne exclusively by the successful bidder.
