Dr. Cecilia Neri, curator of Procedure n.88/2017 Court of Pisa informs of the sale of the following assets forming part of the corporate compendium of the aforementioned Bankruptcy:
Single Lot - Auction 7792
- commercial start-up;
- company brand;
- licenses;
of a bankrupt company whose corporate purpose was the bodywork business, the repair and painting of motor vehicle bodies and the trade of used cars.
Appraisal value Euro 35,000.00
Value of offers: it will be possible to submit offers even for an amount lower than that indicated above; In any case, the Procedure reserves the right to evaluate the offer, evaluate its suitability and the opportunity to proceed with the competitive sale.
In order to submit the offer it is necessary to register on the website www.industrialdiscount.it following the instructions indicated therein and also send your irrevocable purchase offer no later than 12.00 on 31/03/2025 according to one of the following alternative modes:
