Bellelli Engineering company dedicated to the construction of oil plants in the world boasts various and notable international trade receivables that are not easy to realize.
The sale relates to the non-recourse sale of part of its trade receivables, more precisely indicated in:
Lot 1: Oil & Gas Development Company Limited (OGDCL) - Pakistan;
Lot 3: TH Heavy Engineering Berhard - Malaysia.
and better specified in Annex 1.
The Sales Notice, which can be downloaded from the documentation section, does not indicate any basic price to be offered for purchase or any fixed and binding scope; hence the freedom for any bidder to articulate his offer as deemed best.
To participate in the procedure the interested parties must send a letter of interest accompanied by a confidentiality letter as per the attached model (Annex 4.1) no later than 01/04/2019 and will be able to view all the technical and legal documentation represented by the titles credit (contracts, invoices and so on) as well as the administrative and technical documentation found (even if it is partial and incomplete).

The aforementioned documentation can be viewed in a special Virtual Data Room available on the website www.industrialdiscount.it.
The offer must be addressed to the Curators Dott.ssa Carolina Doretti and Dott. Paolo Loato at the latter's office in Rovigo and must be received by 12.04.2019 at 12.00.
If there is a single offer considered eligible (both for the single loan and for one of the individual credits that comprise it) the lot or single credit will be considered automatically awarded to the person indicated in the same offer.
In the case of multiple offers, the buyer will be identified on the basis of an upward bid
