The assets subject of the auction are located in Cefalà Diana (PA) (in register Fg.8 part.877 cat D / 7).

The building and the equipment have been the object of vandalism for which we recommend an on-site inspection.
In order to participate in the auction it is necessary to register on the website www.industrialdiscount.it following the instructions therein indicated and also to send, by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt or by hands to be delivered without fail at It Auction in Via G. Galilei n. 6, 48018 Faenza (RA)(in a sealed envelope and without any sign of recognition) by 24/02/2021, at 12.00, an irrevocable purchase offer.
In the case of a single offer, the goods will be considered provisionally awarded to the subject indicated in the offer itself for the price not lower than the base price as identified above.
In case of more valid offers, an online tender will be announced on 25/02/2021 from 15.00 to 17.00
WE RECOMMEND AN INSPECTION ON THE SPOT
This Procedure is not registered in the VIES system. The European winners will be required to pay VAT.
