Sale pursuant to art. 107 co.1 L.F.
Transfer of bankruptcy compendium consisting of the complex of assets organized for the exercise of the production activity of Pressure Equipment for the Thermo-Hydraulic sector including air and Oil&Gas consisting of:
- capital goods,
- employment contract in force at the time of signing the Contract,
- fixed assets,
- contracts for the supply of goods and services,
- goodwill
The company is currently subject to a lease contract with a duration of 6 (six) years, effective from 06.01.2018 and ending on 05.31.2024, which cannot be extended.
Base price: €1,130,000.00
In order to take part in the auction, it is necessary to register on the website www.industrialdiscount.it following the instructions indicated therein and also send your irrevocable purchase offer no later than 12.00 on 05/10/2023, in a sealed envelope, by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt or by hand to be delivered without fail to the office of Dr. Carlo Vignaga in Rovigo, Via Manzoni n.16.
On10/10/2023 at 10:00 the Curators will proceed with the opening of the envelopes.
